One Sentence Introduction: I am a Positive Psychology Coach. The coaching methodology I use is explicitly informed by the science and theory of positive psychology. I draw upon evidence-based techniques and research and use empirically supported assessments. I employ not only basic coach acumen (of exploring, supporting and challenging) but also use and work with interesting scientific subject matter like hope, values and well-being (which clients enjoy working with). I translate the research from positive psychology into practical strategies and tools for personal well-being.
