One Sentence Introduction: Michael adopts the RACSR (relationship, Assessment, Challenge, Support, and Results) model of coaching. This model, from the Center for Creative leadership, emphasises a climate of safety for his clients, a holistic understanding of their uniqueness and the contexts in which they operate, challenging the validity of their mental models, and supporting his clients through the disequilibrium of change. Through this process, Michael aspires to help his clients express their best selves in a complex world by enhancing their inner game and optimising the interdependencies between the competing priorities they face.

The colour chosen signifies having the courage to do what is right despite challenge and controversy.
