About

Personal Profile: Avital is a certified executive coach and leadership development specialist with an extensive experience of working with senior leaders and teams across the globe. Her area of expertise is leadership development, with a particular focus on presence and impact, transition and change, and effective communication. Her work ranges from coaching individuals, intact teams, and groups, to facilitating custom designed off-sites and programs. She also coaches at Executive MBA and corporate leadership development programs at INSEAD and Tsinghua University (Beijing), and is a Practicum Supervisor at INSEAD’s Executive Master in Change (EMC). Avital is deeply passionate about human development and about facilitating meaningful and sustainable learning and change. She creates powerful partnerships with clients, helping them become more aware of their internal world and their external dynamics and context, reconnect with passions and truly leverage strengths, view the world from an empowered stance, pursue ambitious goals, and take effective actions. Her clients appreciate her authenticity, candor, flexibility, and results oriented approach. Prior to shifting her professional focus to leadership development in 2008, Avital spent over 15 years working as a business development consultant and manager of large design projects. She continues to build on her experience as a consultant, focusing on helping clients develop deeper organizational insight and maximize performance, and her hands-on management experience, coordinating multi-functional teams and communicating extensively across all organizational levels. Based in Singapore since 2004, she has deep experience of working in highly diverse and multi-cultural settings. Avital earned an MBA and an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (EMCCC), both from INSEAD, and a bachelor's degree in architecture and Town Planning. She holds professional coach certifications from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is certified to administer and interpret a diverse set of psychometric assessment tools. Avital is a Past President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Singapore and continues to be committed to contributing to the development of the coaching profession and community. She is an avid reader and enjoys travelling, practicing yoga and dancing.
