Personal Profile: Catherine is the founder and Managing Director of Lead and Succeed Pte Ltd. Her professional experience includes 15 years of professional business and managerial experience in multicultural environments in France, Italy and Spain and more than 20 years facilitating customized individual and group leadership, cross-cultural, and soft skills trainings for multinationals and individuals in the Asia Pacific region.
