Personal Profile: I am the founder of The Conscious Zone, a company that specialises in executive coaching, PROSOCIAL matrix training, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment coaching to organisations and individuals. I started my career in the reinsurance industry, where I held many high-stress and demanding roles in sales, marketing and business development. I draw upon these years of international corporate experience to help clients identify goals, address problems and integrate a deeper self-awareness in the workplace, to enhance individual and team performance.
