Personal Profile: Shireena Shroff Manchharam is the Founder and Principal consultant of Sheens Image Consulting. She is a certified Image consultant, who trained under the Academy of Image Mastery and the London Image Institute. As well as being an Image consultant, Shireena is also certified by Results Coaching Systems as a trained Life Coach. She is certified in the Science of Well-being and has a certification in Positive Psychology Coaching and Mentoring from Aventis Learning Group. Shireena is a member of International Coach Federation, Singapore Chapter. Shireena is the creator of Getting to Happy a movement to inspire our community and society to live happier lives. She is also a mentor at the Halogen Foundation; a non-profit institution of a Public Charter charity in Singapore, and an Angel Investor for women-led business at CRIB, a non-profit social enterprise founded with the aim of generating positive social impact. She also works with the Singapore Kindness Movement a non-profit organization, that executes public education programs. This dynamic and entrepreneurial woman has lived and worked in many countries and has a truly global perspective on the diversity of people. She lived over ten years in Japan and later moved to New Delhi, India. Shireena has a Bachelor of International business with a Minor in Spanish and Concentration in International Trade Marketing from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada and from La Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Madrid, Spain Shireena started her career at Transearch International, an executive search firm in New Delhi, then moved to Hudson, a global recruitment firm in Singapore, focusing on the banking sector. After working in recruitment, Shireena combined her people skills and passion for helping people reach their goals and started Sheens Image Consulting in 2008. In 2012, Shireena also started a boutique handbag label, House of Sheens which had a retail outlet in the trendy Amoy Street in downtown Singapore. She has contributed articles for publications such as the South China Morning Post, Tabla; a supplementary newspaper of Singapore Press Holdings, as well as appearing on channels such as Bloomberg and podcasts run by Her World Magazine and Money FM. She has worked with reputed educational institutions around the world from the London business School, to the Chinese University in Hong Kong and the National University in Singapore. Many of her clients include financial institutions such as OCBC Bank, BNP Paribas and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
