Personal Profile: About Maik: Maik is an executive Coach and Leader Coach trainer based in Singapore with over 15 years of work experience in the mining and tech industry, spanning organization governance, executive coaching, and program delivery. He holds a MasterHe holds a Master's Degree in business and Computer Science at the Dresden University of Technology (Germany). He also minored in Chinese cultural studies and language. Maik has coached and trained more than 400 Leaders in the tech sector to help increase their communication impact and adopt coaching mindsets with their people. He is highly skilled in helping Leaders and executives find new exciting ways to solve their most ambitious challenges. Since he started to coach professionally in 2015, he has impacted his clients using 3 main ingredients: (1) STRENGTHS: Maik individualizes his approach with each client and helps them identify and apply their very own specific strengths to the challenges they face.
