Personal Profile: I partner with introvert leaders who are deep-thinkers (and often deep-feelers as well) to help them find their leadership voices. I believe that we all have our own strengths, and we lead the most powerfully when we lead from who we are. Apart from one-on-one coaching, a big part of my work is delivering workshops on coaching skills, building awareness, and leadership development. I am a certification faculty of Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and I am passionate about helping new coaches grow. My specialties are effective communication and high energy relationship.
